"Now we have the interrogation room, Lee... I think it's about time, we got to the bottom, to where the missing cakes have gone. And I do believe you, Lee, but just to rule you out 100%, I'm getting hungry now and I want my cakes so we gotta get to the bottom of this." |
— Stampy unadmittedly accusing L for Leeeee x of stealing cakes as an extensively long joke towards him. |
"Cake Thief" is the 220th episode of Stampy's Lovely World. In this episode, Stampy and L for Leeeee x finish building the Playful Po Po Station.
Plot[]
Stolen cake & the final round of the moving minecart-target mini-game[]
Stampy opens the episode, urging his viewers to guess who will join him and emerge from the painting next to him, eventually revealing it to be L for Leeeee x, sarcastically deeming it a surprise that he is joining in. He asks L for Leeeee x how he is doing, and that he should stand on his head while doing so. However, due to being a Minecraft avatar, which Stampy knows about, he is unable to do, being able to simply lower it down at best, leading Stampy to ask why he isn't, deciding what will cheer the two of them up is giving Stampy himself a cake. However, L for Leeeee x denies this and instead holds out an apple, leading Stampy to wonder if he is trying to put Stampy on a diet again, which he denies as well. He asks L for Leeeee x instead if he had lost the cake, which he confirms, leading Stampy to conclude that it had been stolen. Regardless of him coming to the conclusion himself, Stampy doubts that he hadn't eaten it, and decides to come to terms with apples being the new breakfast. Sarcastically describing it as a "worthy replacement", he eats it and decides that he somewhat likes it, considering combining it with a cake to create an "apple cake".
Moving onto the balcony mini-game to shoot an arrow at a moving minecart, Stampy finds Ester who should be present to instead be absent, concluding that there is a thief among the area, having stolen both cakes and her, finding it convenient that they are building a police station and will try to solve the mystery as policemen. However, before doing so, Stampy enacts the mini-game in question, destroying meaning winning and stopping it from moving while it's intact meaning a forfeit. L for Leeeeee x making the first attempt, he decides to dance and ends up shooting the moving minecart as intended, to Stampy's celebration. Stampy considers copying the technique he used to aim better, telling him to reset it as a test of validity, with L for Leeeeee x returning the minecart, and after he does so, Stampy warns him to take cover behind a certain area, with L for Leeeee x deciding on Stampy's First Shelter nearby. Copying the technique, however, Stampy instead misses, to his disappointment, accepting that he simply has bad aim. Stampy decides to stand directly in front of the minecart and shoot it, which, of course, allows him to destroy it as is necessary. As Stampy is aware, he notes that the mini-game being completed means that there can be a new mini-game that can be played.
Visiting the Love Garden due to being nearby it, stampy then gives a shoutout to "r3nd0s" who creates speedart videos, having created one of Stampy's real life self as well as iBallisticSquid, thinking it to be amazing and giving a link in the description for it. After, due to the conclusion of the cake thief, he is determined to finish his police station as quickly as possible, while also creating it in the memory of Spring, who died in the previous episode, upset about his death and having a funeral for him, prepared to complete the police station in his honour, determined to be of the highest quality. Due to this event, Stampy makes a promise to take better care of his other dogs, and then decides to take Bengy with him, promising him specifically and then supplying himself with porkchops in the event of him getting hurt or hungry. Seeing all of his dogs follow along the porkchop he is holding while titling their heads, Stampy compares himself to conducting a choir as they tilt their heads on command, with Stampy adding in a tune in the background.
Exterior details for & beginning the interior of the Playful Po Po Station[]
Deciding he shouldn't be overtly distracted due to being adamant about completing the police station, Stampy then leaves the doghouse, following his viewers over to the police station, showing the progress on the exterior so far, additionally having improved the grave, including an oak sapling in a plant pot as a detail. Recalling something that he had forgotten in the previous episode, Stampy states that he and L for Leeeee x had forgotten the flowers on the top, since he had mentioned adding them prior, starting off by adding flowers. Lining the edge with plant pots, he explains the general layout that will be used in the from of rose and dandelion flowers alternating around the edge. While adding said plant pots, Bengy ends up teleporting near him, causing Bengy to be pushed off of the top of the roof, leading Stampy to advise him to be safe, with L for Leeeee x deciding to give him a porkchop as he follows down.
With most of the plant pots added, Stampy starts to arrange the rose and dandelion flowers around the edge of the roof of the police station, the flowers being included as he wants the police station dubbed the "Playful Po Po Station" to look appealing and colourful rather than normal. With Bengy still following next to him, Stampy continues to advise him to stay away from the top and that the police station is not a bouncy castle, deciding to sit him down if he teleports to the roof. After adding in the flower details, Stampy will then build rooms on the interior, such as a reception room, such as himself or L for Leeeee x, an interrogation room, explaining interrogation as asking questions for information, as well as an office room to solve cases. With the exterior complete as it is, Stampy decides that he finds it to be cool, and then adds a final detail in the form of a lantern, crafting a set of fences to allow glowstone to hang above the doorway, adding in a door on the doorway.
Deeming the exterior complete, Stampy then begins the interior, seeing L for Leeeee x already beginning the reception, and he crafts iron bars to serve as a middle area of the window. With him building the reception, Stampy recommends ideas to him, such as a desk or chair, and he starts to build the interrogation room, and then marks out the cells at the back as 4x4 each, though he realises that "playroom" is a better term to use, as the punishment for being in the police station is to constantly play without stopping. Pointing out the absence of a ceiling area, Stampy continues building the interrogation room, only to realise that he is making it bigger than necessary, intending for rooms for guests who can speak to the playmates through iron bars using a telephone of some form, adding in the rooms to the very edge of the police station's interior with an opening for a doorway. With the main interrogation room markup added, Stampy opens up a 2-block wide doorway due to there not being an exact middle, crafting an extra crafting table to craft two doors to create double doors. For the interrogation chair, Stampy uses a cobblestone stair to serve as a chair to make the prospect appear more menacing, and due to interrogation typically involving a light, he also crafts glowstone and a fence, placing a ceiling area down to attach a fence for the glowstone to be directly in front of the accused's eyesight. To finish the interrogation room, Stampy crafts a chest to use with contents for interrogation, such as carrots, dandelions, and eggs, with L for Leeeee x adding the extra details in.
Stampy sees Bengy on top of the bars between the guest room, to his curiosity, and then copies another guess room across, correcting the pattern of the walls after realising he had laid them out incorrectly. With the dividing point for the jail cells, Stampy uses iron bars for the playmates to be able to see one another. Due to the presence of the interrogation room, Stampy decides to find where the missing cakes have gone, deciding to interrogate L for Leeeee x firstly in order to rule him out in a sequence of interrogating one another. With him in the chair, Stampy asks L for Leeeeee x if he stole the cakes, which he denies, and due to not believing him, he proceeds to pour water over both their heads, deciding to instead use eggs, which Stampy immediately feels pitiful doing. As a final option, Stampy decides on the rose and dandelions to make him sneeze. However, as it was mostly a joke, Stampy tells him that he believes him on the topic of not taking the cakes and was instead playing.
Finding the cake thief[]
Deciding they should instead be actual policemen, Stampy decides he should find where the missing cakes have gone to. Just outside of the police station, however, Stampy sees feathers, urging L for Leeeee x to follow, finding it to be a trail of feathers which he presumes to be due to the thief taking Ester as well, and upon following it, they loop around the Beat The Heat Fire Station and around to the squid tank in the Pick-A-Pet Pet Shop, and then ending up at Melon Moments and the Crazy Cow Milk Bar, Stampy wondering which of the sides are responsible. Seeing a zombie atop Stampy's Overwear and accusing it, Stampy realises the feathers leading into the Pick-A-Pet Pet Shop from the front, finding there to be cakes inside, spread around until he eventually leads himself to Ester herself, realising her as the culprit, intending to take them over to the animals in the pet shop, giving cakes to the animals and additionally the hostile mobs, wondering why and presuming the reason as punishment. Concluding Ester as the cake thief, he states that he would've never guessed her. Stampy sees Ester jumping around on the cake in excitement, and due to the cakes having been found, Stampy decides to eat them, thinking to return to the pet shop to eat them, requesting some of them back for L for Leeeee x.
Stampy decides to return to the police station again with the intention of finishing it, having solved a mystery, and upon re-entry, Stampy realises that the cells need doors, and also requests L for Leeeee x to fill in the above ceiling with blue wool on the fourth block up while he finishes the cells, using iron doors in order to prevent escape, deciding not to lock up Ester and let her off with a warning instead. In the front right corner of the police station, Stampy lays out an office area, as well as filing in the guest areas, though he ends up running out of snow, requesting extra from L for Leeeeee x in the form of actual snowfall, with Stampy associating a "Merry Christmas" line to it. Laying out the walls of the main office, Stampy sees the reception area as it is, thinking it to be an endearing area to report a robbery or general crime in, and after laying out the office area, Stampy opens up a middle doorway, crafting wooden doors for the office and guest rooms, additionally requiring buttons for the cells.
With L for Leeeee x throwing snow at at him, Stampy challenges him to a snow fight of some form, though unable to break snow blocks to gain snow itself, L for Leeeee x deciding to do so for him instead. Crafting stone buttons with stone that he had smelting in the furnace for the cells to open on the outside, he also crafts levers to serve as telephones for visitors, which he adds in the intended locations. However, due to requiring jumping across to the interior of the cells, Stampy ends up being blocked by the iron doors, requesting L for Leeeee x to open it up for him to be let out, which he eventually does. Though he was also intending to make the cells more colourful, he and L for Leeeee x had run out of the time to do so, deciding to have a snow fight at the end instead. Running outside, Stampy calls L for Leeeee x to a snow fight, with L for Leeeeee x landing in the pool for Googlies Island to escape Stampy. In return, he sneaks up on his opponent and finds him hiding, rapidly shooting snow at him in return, running away due to running out of snow. After, Stampy expresses his love for Minecraftsnowball fights, and then deems that he has run out of time as he commends L for Leeeee x for the round, intending to finish off the interior, and then host a police-themed mini-game to determine the employee of the month in the next episode, ending the episode with the line "Uh, so, yeah, you can look forward to that in the next video, I wanna thank you all for now, very much for watching, and I will see you all later. Byeeeee!" as he casually pushes Bengy off of Spring's grave and presents it with clarity.
