Its a Lovely World is the 17th building and boat ride in Stampy's Funland.
Overview[]
Unlike the other attractions in the Funland, the ride is patterned after the popular real-life boat ride attraction, It’s a small world, that are found in Disney parks. The ride is made for Stampy to "recreate memories" of some of his first adventures in Minecraft.
From the outside, it is primarily made out of sandstone and different coloured wool. There is also a switch on the outside which starts and ends the theme tune of the ride, which is a recreation of the same song from the real-life counterpart, and was created by WeeWeeGaming using note blocks. Inside, the walls are made out of black wool, and includes displays of Stampy, some of his friends and memorable moments. It also features a flowing water stream, which was intended to keep the boats flowing without manually steering it.
Displays (in order of appearance)[]
Upon the start of the ride, the first corridor features a recreation of Stampy's First Shelter with a zombie beside it, which is a nod to an early bug from the early days of the Xbox 360 Edition of Minecraft that prevented players from sleeping as a random mob will appear and attack the player.
Beside the cave are statues of Stampy and Gregory, his first dog, as well as the entrance of the Dog House and the pink heart of the Love Garden. The boat then makes a u-turn towards the next corridor.
Upon entering the second corridor, there is a model of Stampy's Bedroom with a statue of Stampy. A statue of L for Lee x also appeared as a display in this section, but was later removed as seen in the Stampy's Funland series.
Beside the bedroom model is a recreation of the moon's surface and features statues of the Lunar Friends. The boat then makes a u-turn to the right towards the next corridor.
The third and fourth corridors feature statues of Stampy and some of his friends, a statue of Hit The Target standing on top of his first fortress, and finally, statues of Henry and Hilda.
Issues[]
Stampy said in one video that the ride lost its novelty due to the way new boats work (Title Update 46). After the update, new boats would have to be guided manually by the players and not by the stream of water. The ride still works, however it does not replicate the function (and experience) of the real-life ride it is based from.
Trivia[]
- The tune was made by WeeWeeGaming. He was recruited by Stampy after he made the theme tune for Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch using note-blocks.
- The entire ride is a reference to the Disneyland ride and song It's a Small World.
- This ride ranked eighth in Stampy's Top 10 Broken Mini-games.
