"We've basically tunneled out a whole big area, uh, underneath Harriott's house, and this is where the-the shop's gonna be." |

"Hat Shop" is the 266th episode of Stampy's Lovely World. In this episode, Stampy and his helpers finish building Harriott Hill.
Plot[]
The return of Finnball & Harriott is stuck[]
Stampy opens the episode, introducing L for Leeeee x, who was standing on top of the chest, but went unnoticed until he stood right in front of Stampy. He then introduces FinnBa11, who enthusiastically jumps around the bedroom, having chosen to join his world again since his last appearance. Stampy requests a cake, telling him not to jump on it, and he eats it immediately. He will continue building Harriott Hill this episode, but not before moving to the Love Garden to give a shoutout to "FriendlyPuppyX" for a comment that wrote:
"@stampylongnose I love you so much also did you hear about the kidnapping in school ? It's okay he woke up ;) X"
Stampy then moves onto the doghouse, staying silent about his plan for Harriott. He finds that she's still on top of Lovely Jubbley Flowers and has actually gotten herself completely stuck in the fences on top, forcing him to free her, which he does. He tries to stop himself from telling her he's building a house, and manages to do so very unconvincingly. For his pets, he chooses to take Mittens from the Kitty Cat Condo alongside Duncan from the doghouse, offering to have him supervise his helpers like Luna did in the previous episode.
The basic design of Harriott's Hats[]
On his way over to Harriott Hill, Stampy sees the snowmen he built during Christmas having melted because of the heat, planning to rebuild them next Christmas. Stampy quickly climbs up to Harriott's house and shows the cottage, as well as its interior, showing the full interior as he jokes about FinnBa11 being present in the secret hole in the cottage and L for Leeeee x sitting down, eating a nearby cake, showing the seating, a flower and a painting, and filled cauldron/sink. However, most significantly, the entire area underneath has been excavated to make room for the hat shop. Stampy quickly feeds Duncan some porkchops and starts building the shop.
He starts by filling in the floor with quartz, planning for the walls to be birch and the roof to be snow. The reason for the excessive amount of white colours is because Stampy has a design to make the place look interesting and like a shop that Harriott would own. The hats will feature dyed leather helmets to serve as hats, and the hats will feature stripes up the wall to signify the different colours of each hat, which will make the colours stand out. After that, there will be a counter for Harriott to stand behind and sell hats through. The way the chests will be arranged is by placing down blocks of wool with a sign that will tell the customer what colour the hat is; however, instead of simply saying the colour of the hat, he instead has come up with different names, which he compares to paint being sold in the real world.
While his helpers continue to fill in the walls, floor, and ceiling, Stampy retrieves the colours of each hat from the chest on the main floor and starts laying them out. Furthest away from the secret entrance and next to the second entrance, building from the right, Stampy arranges each color of wool from right to left as light blue, cyan, blue, pink and purple, opening up a hallway for customers to walk through. Leaving a gap of four blocks, Stampy then builds left to right on the opposite side with red, orange, yellow, lime, and green, establishing all of the colours. Stampy crafts a chest and a set of signs, along with some leather helmets. He tells FinnBa11 to dye the helmets the appropriate colours as he crafts them.
Adding the hats to Harriott's Hats[]
Crafting ten chests in total, Stampy arranges them on top of the coloured blocks, then crafts signs to name the hats. For the light blue hats, he calls them "Spectacular Sky Sensation", referencing Turbo Types as he types it out; the cyan hats are called "Baby Blue Bonanza" (spelling "bonanza" as "bananza"); the blue hats are called "Denim Delight"; the pink hats are called "Pretty Pink"; and the purple hats are called the "Boisterous Bruise". He considers making them even weirder for the next half. With some extra wood, he crafts more signs for the rest of the hats. He calls the green hats the "Grass Stain Fantasy", while FinnBa11 is getting shot by a skeleton; the lime hats are called "Time for Lime"; the yellow hats are called "Hello Yellow"; the orange hats are called "Orange You Glad You Got A Hat"; and the red hats, finally, are called "Embarrassed Panda" by the shade of red.
After writing out the names of each hat, Stampy checks the progress made on the hat shop and revises each name he gave to the hats with, and then starts storing all of the hats away. Meanwhile, his helpers are adding the stripes behind each chest, and they also added a counter in the extra space. Unaware that he actually built the chests too far forward and that the wall is actually in the right place (because that's where the entrance to the shop is), Stampy says that the wall needs to be pulled forward to align with the chests and tries to move it forward. He moves it forward anyway, and then adds the stripes down that lead upward into a block of glowstone hanging over each chest. Stampy jokes that Harriott might want to change the design when he introduces the shop to her. The glowstone is supposed to replace the torches in the room as he wants the shop to look modern, something that the torches don't add to.
Completing the walls and removing unnecessary torches, Stampy deems the hat shop complete, adding a door to the second entrance as well, which looks like a random door in the hill. He admires the design, and then says that the next episode will include the construction of the entrance into Harriott's house to give a clear entry path, and he will also introduce Harriott herself to her house by bringing her from the shop. He then deems the end of the episode, and then ends with the line, "But for now, I wanna thank you all very much for watching, and I will see you all later. Byeeeeeee!"
