"The Hungry Sheep" is the 90th episode of Stampy's Lovely World. In this episode, Stampy and his helpers begin building a bakery dubbed "Stampy's Hot Buns" in a new village area, and then he hosts a round of the sheep-shearing mini-game against L for Leeeee x and iBallisticSquid.
Plot[]
A morning song by Lykrim & a path update to the entrance of the house[]
Stampy opens the episode, this time not even leaving his balcony and outright telling the background music to stop playing. Though he likes the song, he has an alternative special song to play that was written to him specifically about mornings in Stampy's Lovely World, deciding to play it instead of his normal tune:
"Every day I wake up in my world
Go outside on the balcony and greet the day with a smile
I look around the scenery before I head back in
When I see a friend appear, wearing a big old grin
He baked me a cake for breakfast, prepared me for the day
He baked me a cake for breakfast, to help me on my way

To shout out amusing remarks, and add the names to pick
Acting accordingly with the lyrics exactly, Stampy arrives at the Love Garden after giving himself a swiftness potion when L for Leeeee x had given him the cake. Stampy explains the at it was a song sung by "Lykrim", who he is unsure of how to pronounce, and doesn't know the gamertag of yet, and will add it instead once given. Lykrim had given him the video via YouTube on the topic of mornings within Stampy's Lovely World, and he thought to share it, and will leave the video itself as a link in the description for his viewers. Stampy thanks Lykrim and then welcomes her to his Love Garden, thinking she should write another song about her being in the Love Garden.
Stampy welcomes his viewers to the video as intended, thinking it was weird and nice to have some form of soothing voice in the introduction, as opposed to him rambling on as normal, deciding to introduce who he is joined by in the video as x Bread Stick, who has been a helper for a very long time, iBallisticSquid, and L for Leeeee x, who was seen during the third lyric, of which Stampy describes as being as much of a regular as himself, thinking it to be nice that he has joined him. Stampy decides he should start in that he will build Stampy's Hot Buns, which is a bakery that he has built in other peoples' worlds, but hasn't built one in his own, thinking he is missing out on one, and will then go to sleep to play his sheep-shearing mini-game which is now complete, which he is looking forward to.
Firstly, however, Stampy has to start building his bakery, which he has planned to build somewhere outside of his house, though he is unsure as to where. Stampy explains the alterations he has made to the land in that he has added a path leading off the path straight from the door, having added a checkered path of birch and spruce wood which leads to his middle minecart station, additionally having flattened most of the land so he can build some form of village, as well as some shops, and some form of hotel, a plan he will enact in the future, but will start with the bakery. Stampy finds it weird how multiple other people had it in their worlds, but he never had one in his, preparing for it to be the best out of the lot as he gathers some wood from his inventory.
Starting to build Stampy's Hot Buns[]
In regards to the general idea, the bakery should look like a cake, or rather some form of gingerbread house, but not as though it's actually made with it, wanting it to look like a gingerbread house that is actually a real building. Additionally, he wants the bakery to be self-sufficient, planning for there to be a main shop and a kitchen with a farm at the back so he can have a wheat farm, along with some chickens and a cow so he can gather all of the necessary materials to make a cake in one location rather than to repeatedly switch between his house. After building out a line of 14 one across outwards from the path extending away from the house, and four blocks away from the path, Stampy questions how he will design the building, thinking to improvise. Chopping off one from each side, Stampy states that he doesn't want the building to be massive, and only wants it as some form of small house.
After determining the length, Stampy opens up the doorway into double doors, counting five on each side to make a length of 12. Counting backwards, Stampy adds 12 to one, making it thirteen back, hoping that it makes some form of box as he connects the basic ring shape. He will use snow for the roof, deciding on that between white wool, since it not only looks better but it also saves him scouring for sheep. On the beginning of the structure, Stampy is given another cake by L for Leeeee x, which he entitles as "the first Stampy's Hot Buns cake", as he starts building up the layers for the basic outer design. Stampy starts to wonder if it is a true brand cake, as there are multiple counterfeits present, and that people should be wary of whether or not they have an official one. The way to tell is if it's counterfeit or official is dependent on its taste, meaning that the one that tastes the best is the official one.
Trying to plan out the design, Stampy sees his helpers continue to raise up the structure's walls, planning to point the roof with snow on top, additionally thinking to add snow around the window, breaking open a 2x1 hole for them. What Stampy also wants to do is have the windows open, accidentally hitting iBallisticSquid as he goes to break a piece of log placed incorrectly, causing his dog to chase after him, who is revealed to be Barnaby. Stampy sits him down and tells him to stop, Barnaby still making an attempt to reach him by hopping around while seated, which Stampy finds to be comical. Stampy tells Barnaby to stay, and iBallisticSquid that he is fine and won't attack him since is trained, and that greeting Barnaby and introducing himself properly should guarantee him getting along with Barnaby. Instead, Barnaby continues to jump for iBallisticSquid while sat down, accepting his aggression as Barnaby stands up. He tells Barnaby to stop and to stay where he is as iBallisticSquid then jumps down underneath the water in the ocean nearby, commenting on how Barnaby was jumping sideways. Due to obvious aggression, Stampy advises iBallisticSquid to stay underwater, and then returns back to building Stampy's Hot Buns
Stampy opens up another window as he explains his plan to make cakes on the windows as though they are cooling down. Barnaby then teleports to him as he climbs up onto the top with the plan to extend further upwards, offering he sits in the minecart nearby, urging L for Leeeeee x to push him to Stampy's Funland as he and his helpers will visit there eventually. Since he was singing the song in the beginning, Stampy didn't inform his viewers of the dog he was taking as it was a rush since Lykrim sung it quickly after singing it with an even pace and then had to increase his speed using swiftness potions that L for Leeeee x made him prior to the video.
Building the roof for Stampy's Hot Buns[]
After building up the walls by four blocks high, Stampy wonders if he should consider an alternating row of snow and wood, seeing the height from the front and considering it to not be too tall. Stampy compares the decided style to how cakes are, though he doesn't want it to look like a real cake which is why he is using wood rather than brown wool. Stampy starts the pattern from the front right corner, starting with a two wood-two snow pattern all the way around, verifying if it will add up together, wondering it to be about accurate. Stampy then connects the pattern together from the opposite side, expecting it to actually look like a cake in the end, meaning people will understand the contents they will get when they see a giant cake on the horizon coming towards the building. In regards to the interior, Stampy explains that he will add a seating area, a counter, some cakes on display, before being interrupted by the sight that the pattern for the roof doesn't add up when connected. Confused, Stampy simply decides to add a single block in the corner. L for Leeeee x attempts to correct this, only ending up causing more design issues with the roof instead. Stampy thinks the corner is fine how it is anyway.
Adding up the second layer, Stampy considers building the row one in and up as he will plan for it to be led to a point at the top, and then go all the way around with the snow to emulate icing, though he is unsure about the interior. Stampy wants the interior to be colourful and positive inside, planning to have a counter like the one iBallisticSquid is building, and also plans for a farm where he can have the animals and land. However, since he has to play the new mini-game, Stampy will have to abandon Stampy's Hot Buns in its current state and head over to Stampy's Funland, deciding to do so now to show the finished product. Jumping down, Stampy shows the front view of the bakery, showing how clearly it is intended to look like a cake, which he is fine with, thinking Stampy's Hot Buns will look appealing as a bakery. Stampy also sees another dirt hut built by x Bread Stick, sarcastically calling it "grand", and then faces Stampy's Funland.
Stampy decides to run over to Stampy's Funland instead, using a swiftness potion to sleep in the shelter so he and his helpers can play in the morning, due to it turning to night. He then realises that he doesn't actually have to sleep as everyone will be inside of something, meaning he won't have to worry about mobs as long as they reach the mini-game safely. Seeing his helpers lagging out, Stampy points out that there were connection issues prior to the events of the video, and that there were issues with people not being able to join the game and lagging out and the game not loading, to which he hopes that everyone will be able to at least make it to the mini-game to play it. While everyone is journeying over, Stampy will enter inside to explain the rules and show the final appearance.
Explaining & playing on the sheep-shearing mini-game[]
Now at Stampy's Funland itself, Stampy points out how iBallisticSquid built a house within it, having decided not to build on in the village, instead building a model of his face, to which Stampy sarcastically remarks that he has been a "modest" person, the model also having a house within it. Now at the mini-game, Stampy shows the interior complete fully as he enters it, stating that he is aware that he has already explained the rules few too many times, but it was never before when explaining it. The basic rules of the mini-game is that there is one sheep in each pen, and upon the rising of the middle block, the game starts. Everyone will have five pieces of dye in their colour, and will climb up to the middle platform to dye the sheep and shear them to gather enough of their own wool to nerdpole up a tower in order to press a button at the top to win. Stampy also shows that he has finished the song, reminding his viewers of when he was creating a song for when players win, deciding to dig underneath to show the full product. Stampy is suddenly alerted by the sight of Barnaby walking across after being attacked by something, to which he wonders if he is fine. Stampy is greeted by the sight of a skeleton with the nearby sheep pen as well as a skeleton directly next to it, as well as a zombie behind him, killing them altogether and admiring the power of the sword. Stampy then follows Barnaby into the water in front, advising him not to attack alone, reviving him by porkchops, remarking that he is the oldest dog he has after Cedric.
Stampy walks underneath to show the redstone as planned to be, walking along one of the pressure plates that will have an item dropped onto it upon pressing the button on the top, triggering the note block sequence to play. Stampy is aware that what he created isn't the best song in general, but it is the best he could accomplish regardless. Stampy then shows iBallisticSquid's house while waiting for x Bread Stick to also gather with everyone else at Stampy's Funland. In front of the model face of iBallisticSquid, Stampy sees two cakes upfront with a sign reading "Squid's House" in the middle of them both, eating one of them and then apologising for it. Walking into the house itself, Stampy sees the interior, remarking on there being a white sofa that allows the player to be right up against the television, which is a painting, hoping said painting was actually dry. At the top of the house, Stampy finds there to be a collection of cake, commenting on how he likes the usage of cake as a decoration.
In regards to the pen, Stampy shows that it is actually for spare sheep, established by a sign reading "Spare sheep.", of which also has a Mooshroom in it due to him having a mushroom biome. Stampy remarks on the implausibility of this, as he made the world before they were added, saying that there is a distant island that doesn't appear as a mushroom biome but has the basic features of a mushroom biome, which he finds to be cool, thinking to return it to the animal farm where it can join the other animals. Stampy realises that x Bread Stick is unable to join in, decidingto have three players in the game as opposed to the intended four as he isn't present, describing this as the beta test of the game. Stampy sees iBallisticSquid dancing around in the sheep pen in a sheep skin, which he finds to be entertaining, and then leads his helpers to the station to set up players with the resources for the game, leading himself over to the yellow quadrant and stepping on the pressure plate to give him the dye and shears necessary.
With his resources in hand, Stampy establishes the necessary as five pieces of dye with a set of shears, and upon gaining them, everyone should be able to enter inside to start the game. Stampy tells iBallisticSquid to not pick L for Leeeee x's team or the yellow team, and will press the button to start with everyone else entering their bases afterwards. Stampy grows eager to play the first round of the game, finding it exciting due to taking a long time to build it, though he still needs a real game with four players, which he can't do due to x Bread Stick's absence. However, he still considers it to be an acceptable test, and then advises iBallisticSquid to gather his resources together and then enter inside, while also being careful of any potential mobs, seeing an enderman that is confronting iBallisticSquid directly that he then goes to kill immediately. In the station, Stampy sees that iBallisticSquid has also thrown lapis lazuli on the ground.
Entering into the mini-game together, Stampy tells him of the necessities in that he should have four pieces of dye with a set of shears. In the exact moment Stampy presses the button to start, the enderman he had attacked in self-defense before attacked him from behind, prompting Barnaby to defend for him, which he responds to by telling Barnaby that endermen are more powerful than he is and he won't win against it. Stampy tells everyone to enter their bases, telling x Bread Stick who also just rejoined the game to find his way over to the mini-game. He prepares his resources, and then eats porkchops for the sake of the game, stating that everyone has to be ready to begin the mini-game once each team block rises up, and that he has to wait to be able to shear his own sheep, telling the other helpers not to shear theirs before the game officially starts either.
Stampy notices x Bread Stick having entered into the area of the mini-game, advising him to join the red team if possible, though he may get a delayed victory. Stampy starts by climbing up the ladder, having done so before everyone else, dyeing and shearing two sheep, and then returning back down to shear his personal sheep, though he doesn't want to dye them too quickly as he only has five pieces of dye. Stampy checks how much wool he has, counting that he has seven, requiring 13 to reach the tower. In the middle platform again, Stampy sees everyone else along with Barnaby, jokingly requesting the other players not to shear his dog, shearing another sheep. Waiting around in the middle platform, Stampy also states that players can steal each other's blocks so they can't catch them. Now Stampy simply has to wait for another sheep to eat the grass by its own accord, calling on one sheep in particular as "The Hungry Sheep". Said sheep suddenly drops dead, the source turning out to be x Bread Stick. Though with some issue, one of the sheep finally ends up eating, and all of the players clamour to get an opportunity to dye the sheep their colour, Stampy finally getting his last amount and receiving 11 wool. Additionally, the sheep in his base has also grown its wool back, and then starts to pile up to the button, pressing it.
Stampy wins the mini-game as the music plays underground and he celebrates. He considers the game to have been fun, though it wasn't the full capacity as there were only three people present and x Bread Stick had killed one of the sheep, to which he scolds him for while he is still on the platform due to how long it took to get them up there. Suddenly, Stampy is poisoned by him from above as he also explains it to be the reason for the spare sheep outside, and taking note of said poisoning, he takes a list of the fact that he entered the game late just kill one of the sheep and poison him, saying he should be ashamed of himself as Stampy himself is. Stampy dismisses the issue anyway, saying that he had fun due to winning, and then thanks his other opponents for fighting well, and believes that it would be even more fun if there were four players in the game. Stampy deems that he has run out of time for the video, however, stating that he hopes his viewers enjoyed it, and that he will continuing to build Stampy's Hot Buns and bake within it. Stampy then ends the episode with the line, "That's the end of this video, though, so thanks for watching, and I will see you later. Byeeeee!"
