What? Adminship?

So I was going to make a blog and I saw minecraft helper by my name and said Minecraft Helper I went to contributions and it said I put for reason for making myself adminship and it said Error: 42201 I did not even touch that page so I do not know while I am admin I tried to get it off but i cant edit it so wtf?!?!?
